kebab cheesy burger

So I have been watching man vs food for a while now, and I had developed a taste for the american burgers that adam the presenter was eating. The thing which made them special was that the cheese was between 2 meat patties and it was filled with jalapenos too. This seals all the juices inside and makes the entire burger moisty and tasty. I decided to try it for myslef, but as I didint have beef, I tried it with 100% chicken meat which was ready to be made into some kebabs, yes… I know.

The result, delicious!
