Using WordPress Polylang plugin to translate pages, the translated page home page URL links – like logo link etc are taking you to the primary language of the blog.

Problem:
You may have noticed, I offer my content in 2 languages, Spanish and English. Spanish is the primary language. Until recently, when you visited the translated pages in English, they worked fine, however when you clicked on the logo to go back to the homepage in English, it would take you to the primary homepage, in Spanish.
Fix/Solution:
1. Go to WP Dashboard ‘Languages’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘URL modifications’
2. The ‘Hide URL language information for default language’ section must be unchecked -> ‘Save Changes’
After the fix, when you click on the homepage, it will take you to the homepage of the current language being used.
